I used ro fax the timesheet weekly, so I bought plenty of points. And it was a great app to fax. Since I quitted the job that required me to fax the timesheet, I haven't open the app for months. Now I need to fax 1 page, but all my points/credits that I bought are useless/gone. The app forces me the subscription to use which is not practical to casual users.

I did not realize that there are separate apps to send, receive, or send and receive. I’m stuck with the purchase of the send only app and I can’t receive faxes through the app. I’m canceling immediately

One option. Subscription only for unlimited faxes. I am sure this works for a segment of the market. Conversely, I know plenty of folks send faxes sporadically. So, this app is a NOPE. Bummer.

I am having some current difficulties buying points. App insists that I buy unlimited plan which I do not want! How do I buy points without going unlimited?

I have been paying for a monthly subscription for this service, for over two years and I have never in my life been so disappointed in a company, over the past two months, every time I try to send a fax, the app forces me to pay $2.99 to send a fax, on top of the monthly $6.99 fee, I pay through the App Store! I think I may have to report this to the BBB, my bank, the attorney general’s office of my state and the Apple App Store! Every time I try to contact the company, I receive a response that’s nothing but a bunch of gibberish and they have yet to resolve the issue!!

I just want to send one fax and pay for my one fax. I don’t want to pay a subscription or for any extended period of time. It used to allow you to pay per fax. Now it won’t let you do that. I’ll find another way. 🤷‍♀️
