Gives a sense of security

This app is honestly a game changer, it makes me feel so safe and I feel as if I don’t have to worry. I would recommend this to everyone including elderly and adolescent! Amazing job with the app creators!

I use the button all the time when I’m walking to my car or when I’m leaving the kitchen late at night by myself. There’s have been times where I accidentally have pressed it and did not put in my safety pin and I got calls and texts to make sure I was I was OK and they even had my exact address stating they would send police if I didn’t reply that I was okay, which is an amazing safety blanket to have. The team is so kind and thoughtful and I am so thankful that I’ve never had to use any feature beyond my safety button.

First off I got the service back in 2020 all was good until 2022 when I notice the service had not shown any tracking on me sense 2021, I started going thru the system to see what the problem was I contacted the company via emails they were sending this , that, the other which none of it worked, I explain all tracking info stopped for over a year, yet I’m getting billed faithfully each month, nothing worked they email me to do, with that said after a week of back and forth I just cancel the service, I’m now using Life360.

when it says to add people to your network, it takes you to contacts and immediately sends the request to whoever you click on. it would be very easy to misclick and send it the wrong person in your contacts by mistake! luckily i didn't but i would be so anxious if i had. please add an "are you sure" button before it sends the request out to your contacts!

TL;DR: I think this is a really great product and it helps me feel a lot safer and more confident when I’m out alone. I recommend this app to absolutely everyone. I’ve recommended it to all of my friends, it genuinely is a lifesaver. Literally. Longer version: as a very visibly queer person and SA survivor I am often fearful when I’m out alone, even having developed agoraphobia due to the anxiety, but with the help of Noonlight I’ve been able to feel much safer. I truly believe this app could, and probably has, saved lives. I feel confident knowing that if I’m ever in a dangerous situation I won’t have to rely solely on having the ability to call 911 and speak to emergency services thanks to Noonlight. It’s an extremely simple app to use and the inclusion of features like your safety network, who can request a check-in if they can’t reach you, and the timeline (which could provide essential information in an emergency) are wonderful. While there are premium options available they’re very much optional and the free version is just as effective for day-to-day use in my opinion. I also very very very much appreciate that there aren’t any ads or pop-ups in the free version (that I’ve encountered at least). While that might seem obvious, I still think it’s worth mentioning. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone and in fact I have recommended it to every single one of my friends. Thank you so much Noonlight, I honestly feel emotional thinking about how much this app has empowered me to live an independent life and to even be able to go out to events and social gatherings without so much fear.

I made an accidental call for help after forgetting my PIN, and Noonlight was right on it. They also texted me to check in so I was able to call them and explain the situation. They were super helpful and friendly, yet they still verified my identity so they knew it was really me. Great service 👍

This could be a great app but it’s accidentally brought the police to me 3 separate times. I don’t know why this app opens accidentally out of ALL apps on my phone (no other app on my phone does this) while in my pocket but it does & it’s been really embarrassing to have police show up at my work 3 different times. I’m going to have to delete it. It does work though! The police DO come that’s for sure lol
