The dasher literally dropped my food off at another location even though the instructions were to hand me the food during delivery. When I communicated this with Doordash they simply told me that they declined the resolution and I AM SURE THIS is because they use some AI to verify and not an actual person helping me with my issue. Plus this was for my birthday. Thanks Doordash for making me go hungry on my birthday. Will be deleting this app and suggest everyone to never use it again. If I could, I would give it -1 star.
