Rakuten is one of my favorite cash back apps. I have been using them for years and have made $673.23 to date by simply checking out through their app or website. For last week or so I’m having terrible logging in, did you guys do a recent update?? It tells me my account is not available and you contact customer support but I can’t contact anyone because I can’t sign in. Please help!

Rakuten is an excellent choice to purchase many different products. Rakuten saves you a lot of time & money by taking advantage of their fantastic app.

They claim to provide automatic cash back but that is not true. If the amount is anything over $100, they won’t give it to you and claim one thing or another as the reason why the cash back is not eligible. Very immoral sales and advertising practices. Stay away if you can.

I have only started using rakuten recently and have been very disappointed by my experience. They do not abide by their word at all. First they say on their website that the cashback will be automatically added today. That’s a lie by the way. There’s nothing automatic. When you email them all your order information, they tell you it will take up to 45 days for the store to respond. During this time, I sent multiple follow up emails, to which they give you reassurances that you will hear back by so and so date. After 45 days they just tell you they have not heard back yet and give you 100 dollar, which is way less than the cashback. When I messaged them, they try to say I used a coupon not listed, and when I did show the coupon was listed on their page, their final response was “the store did not give us commission so we cannot pass any along.” They use false advertising to get you to use them and then make up words like today, tomorrow, up to 45 days, and have no care for you at all. Please stay away.

I’ve made $204.24 through them to date, not as much as TopCashBack, but I still appreciate it!I wish you could subscribe to stores and they would send out text notifications for when they have a cashback increase!

I always saw Rakuten ads everywhere, and really didn’t pay much attention to how it worked (just lazy). Now, I don’t purchase anything unless going through Rakuten!!! I tell people that, if you have to buy something, you might as well do it through this app; you can still shop your favorite stores. Why not earn a little money back while you’re doing your usual shopping? I still have to remind myself to do my Rakuten (but I also have a brain injury), when I do any online shopping. Try it, I know you’ll LOVE ❤️ IT TOO!!!

I’ve referred 3 people that they haven’t paid them or me for it shows on my refer a friend then they take it off. When I send a message I get a generic reply saying they are forwarding my message to someone that can help and NOTHING!!!!! I wish I could put no stars

Finally! A way to get paid for spending 😂 I am OBSESSED with this app, Rakuten has saved me so much money I can’t even count it all. I have made sure that all my family and close friends have this app. If you don’t tell your family and friends about it, it’s a crime! Anyway I 💯 recommend you and ur momma get this app 😍

Ibotta has some really great rebates. I like it mainly for the diapers and wipes and baby food. But it also has great laundry rebates and food as well, and the money back adds up fast!! I also like how quick their customer service gets back with you on issues and do their very best to resolve any problem you might have!! Highly recommend this app!!
