The game is enjoyable and as a huge Disney parks lover it hits the right part of my heart…but I seriously don’t understand a few things. One, why is it so hard to complete challenges? If you don’t log in religiously every 4 hours the odds are you won’t get everything. Doesn’t matter how many characters you have on it. Which brings me to question two, why can’t I use all the characters I have? Even the ones I have spent my own money on. Your only allowed 100 characters and that’s it. I have spent a few hundred dollars on this game, that’s how much I love the feel of it, but more than half my characters are just sitting there not able to be used. Which brings my to number three, why is there so little land available so I can’t have all the rides out? Now take these questions aside and the game is wonderful and they bring some of your favorite characters into play, not just the new ones and that’s just wonderful

Way too many ads! Stop the ads! And it’s not fair to be forced to watch an ad for happiness or have gems locked behind ads. Also, please make it easier to get characters and gems, especially because too many characters take over 300 gems to get and no way to earn that many gems. I have used many gems to try to get characters and I get other items instead(i.e. I try to get a legendary character and I get an item instead-what a waste of 60 gems!). And there needs to be an option to get characters that are needed for events-without legendary chests! I am downgrading my rating of the game because of all the ads and no way to good explanation of how to unlock more kingdom quests to get characters. Also, having the season pass pop kingdom sale up in the game is frustrating! It is also impossible to get characters if they have to be paid for with real money- not everyone has money to pay for that and getting to level 150 on the free happiness is also impossible.

This game used to be fun but it’s become just constant pop up ads. We are already forced to watch several ads just to further game play but now ads are just constantly popping up. It’s one thing to get a game reward for watching an ad but to have several ads pop up after already watching 8 ads in the last hour is just too much. It’s just greedy. I refuse to watch these pop up ads, I will stop playing this game before I will watch your pop up ads.

Legendary chests in the app need to just be characters and only characters.

I love this game so much but the unclaimed land in this game is to expensive I would appreciate if the developer changed that but I will understand if not. The rest of the game is overall good it takes some time to get used to it but I’ve been playing this game for years and it’s a great game.

This new update has slowed down the loading screen and once into the game everything is so laggy and not smooth at all no matter how long that I have the game opened. Regarding the free version of the pass, I could only get to level 145 with completing every task that season. To get the free character at level 150 is unreachable.

This game has the potential of being fun, but every two seconds I’m being asked to spend real money on one thing or another. Or I feel like they try to force you to pay to move on past missions. Money Hungry Disney over here
