  • App is Entirely Broken

    The app freezes every time I open a new course, which forced me to just use coursera on my computer.
  • Can’t cancel coursera Plus

    I had subscribed to a free trial of a course then it asked if I wanted coursera plus. I wanted to cancel before the trial ended and I went to subscriptions and can’t find it there to cancel it. Please contact me to cancel before I’m charged thank you

  • Extremely cluttered UI for iOS

    Hard to find and keep track of course materials. There is way to much crammed into screen with little visual cues. Totally opposite of simplistic desktop website UI. Finding course materials for studies is finding a needle in haystack. There is no clear visual hierarchy in the way information is presented. It’s just all spaghetti. Complete lack of proper information design.
  • Unusable, constantly freezing

    Every time I open my course the app freezes, completely unable to progress in the app.
  • Accessing assignments

    I can access all my assignments using the app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max but I get an “oops something went wrong” on some assignment using the app on my 2023 iPad Pro :(

  • Glitched course for a month, contacted and not resolved

    A course has been glitched for over a month, stuck with a lock icon on one step, tried several devices and different browsers. I contacted Coursera and they could not resolve it, so were fine with me just un-enrolling! I am glad I did not pay to take this course although there is an option to do so. I posted about this issue on one of their sites in response to someone else who had a similar issue and my post was deleted. Disappointed as I have been on the site for several years.
