    Easy to use and makes it fast to find good renters for my apartment. Mostly use for listing and messaging but love how easy it makes it to find and communicate with potential renters. Feature request: would be nice if it let you star or rate people in the messaging part to make it easier to remember who is good.

    Zillow gives the tenant the option to mark payments as already paid, even when they have not made their payment. Even worse it shows up on the landlords end as already paid after the tenant marks it. I contacted Zillow support and they said they received several complaints about this but haven’t done anything to resolve it. They are leaving landlords extremely vulnerable. You can look it up and Zillow payments help and actually informs you of this “feature” in detail as if it’s a good thing.
