On Demand feature problematic

On Demand feature works like a charm on my android tablet but rarely works properly on my iPhone. Does not auto connect when on cellular service.

Ip vanish was easy to install and use for a while . Hasn't worked in the last 24 hours .
Looked in apps and saw it had been updated yesterday.
It either constantly is updating the server list and will not connect or connects and I can't get a page to load, any page.
Tried to chat with help , think the vpn was still on at the time so it wouldn't work either, knowledge base quit loading, and the instructions to ping servers was to a different version when they did load the one time.
Like I said it was great before it stopped working

I live in Louisiana where online horse race betting is legal & available. Recently went to Tx where it is not. I used IPVanish and selected a server site in New Orleans, La to try to place a horse race bet from Tx. The VPN was unable to hide the fact that I was in Tx, and so, I could not place a bet. Very disappointed the service did not disguise my locationIf it cannot do that, why do I need it?
