I am a ManU fan and I am using the app for a very longtime. It was great 2 years ago. But now it’s the worst app. It crashes often. Too slow. Photo sizing is a disaster. Every time I update, more bugs.

Runs slow, REALLY slow. Signs me out often. Lots and lots of glitches. No longer able to make predictions, not like I can claim any rewards anyways….. do better DXC, we are literally sponsored by you.

For about a couple months now, I’m unable to use the app as it keeps freezing every couple of minutes, then I restart and the same thing happens over and over again. Not sure what’s happened there but this is such a bummer as I use the app for MUTV and can’t even do that anymore.

There is a bug where when you attempt to click on a video on the “United now” tab which is the landing page of the app it will freeze the app up. There is no issue using the mutv or shop tabs. Please fix this bug as it makes the app incredibly frustrating to use - to the point where I just won’t watch press conferences or player interviews on this app - I will seek them on YouTube etc. I pay for mutv but if this bug persists (it’s had to have been a couple of months at this point) I will not renew my subscription when it is up for renewal.

The predictions you can make are a great feature to the app

I only got this to watch fa quarter replay bc I was playing when it was live. No replay???? Cancel my 30 minute subscription so I won’t be reminded of this

I have had the app for almost a year. Got it in March of 2023. I had no idea that there was match footage from classic matches such as some of the 1999 FA Cup matches and the 2008 Champions League final. The only reason I discovered this footage on March 15th 2024 was because there was an app notification honoring Eric Cantona showing a match of his against Liverpool. I saw that I could change the season, so I flipped through them and happened to find the 2008 champions league final. My whole point is why is United hiding this footage? I can’t find it anywhere in the normal MUTV section. Would it be so hard to update the MUTV UI with a section for these classic matches??

Can’t use the app without it freezing up or crashing all the time on my iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.

Loved this app, was on it everyday trying to reach a year of hits in a row but now there has been an update which makes the app freeze. I’ve reported the issues but no one is able to fix it which is a pain. The predicted portions will not load, it takes a few minutes to load page to page. Gutted what ever they have done in the last update please undo it please.
