Updated latest iOS and app version. Very buggy app and organization feature is useless— keeps showing failure, or if it went “through”, the cards added did not appear in my collection. Any attempts to create a new folder or collection continuously failed, several blank drop down menus. Expected more from a major card hobby company. Piss poor. Such a joke.

Their app is so outdated compared to the likes of PSA, ALT, PWCC, even SGC. There is also zero customer service — No one responds to queries about grading. And their submission process is the worst. Im not sure who leads this company. Selling of my BGS slabs.

Downloaded the app on my iPad and it crashes every time I try to open anything. Glad I didn’t pay for a subscription, read the reviews. What a sham….supposedly “the” name in sports cards valuations and they can’t come up with a decent app? Says a lot about the company. Used to be the source in the industry now it is a joke.

Ya it may give u the stuff ur looking for but it cost money to see something for just a sec, why, that’s so stuiped, u shouldn’t have to spend money to see the price of something

If you are trying to sort through your collection and get some price guide data this is not for you. You have to scroll for forever to go through a set and the lack of filters to look for just base cards, inserts or parallels does not exist. Made the huge mistake of paying for the annual pricing as I collect a lot of Formula 1 and Soccer and there is still no pricing??? Topps 2021 and 2022 Formula 1, not pricing at all! They don’t do anything in print anymore and you are not getting it here either. I have been loyal to this company for over 40 years but look forward to someone else getting into their marketplace so I can switch

I’ve used the app in the past to look up values of my cards and my kids Pokémon cards, but recently I paid for a month of use and it never worked. It kept saying I was not a paid subscriber, even though my bank account told me otherwise. You emailed Apple, but they didn’t reimburse me or fix the problem. I contacted Beckett and they never even bothered to get back to me. Beware, if the app works it’s fine, but it could just take your money and no one will bother to help you.

What a disaster. You bug a subscription and it doesn’t cover pretty much any good older card. Interface is a joke. Don’t see how they stay in business. Loved getting the Beckett guides as a kid but this has ruined the brand for me.

I’m not paying to post my cards! $40 a month for total access what a joke! I’ll stick to the bay
