This app is awesome I use it all the time!!

Great way to find new restaurants near me. I've used this app to place orders about 20 times from 5-6 different restaurants now, and it's worked every time. On one occasion, I did forget to specify an option, but after I placed the order, the restaurant called me to clarify. The best part? Next time I ordered from that restaurant, it was set so I couldn't submit my order without specifying that option. I broke something and they fixed it! How cool is that? Anyway, I've paid both online and in-store with no issues. Finding new restaurants is my favorite part, and the directions feature is awesome. It also saves my orders so I can reorder at any time, which is really convenient.

This is a very nice service! I used it a lot when I get out of work and I don't feel like cooking. Very easy to look for a restaurant, place the order, and pay ahead so when I pick up the food or it gets delivered I don't have to do anything else but enjoy it! Never had a problem, I really like it and recommend it!

The first time I placed an order everything went great. The food came very quickly and it was extremely convenient. Then the second time I placed an order there was a LOT of issues. The food never came, no one from munchem would answer the phone or respond to the chat, and then when I called the restaurant to ask about the order since it was so late not only did they tell me there was no order placed but that they had never even heard of munchem before and do not work with their services. Figuring there was an issue I tried ordering from another restaurant instead thinking I would hear back from munchem within the next 24 hours regarding the issues id just had. But then the same thing happened again. The food never showed up and no one responded to me. I was charged for both of those orders and never received them or any type of contact from munchem. It's been a week now and I've sent several emails and left several voicemails and they have not responded whatsoever. My word of advice is do no use this at all it is a scam and you will get screwed.
