    Whenever I try to put gas or use at a Kroger or corner store it won’t work on Apple Pay , it asks for a pin and when I put the pin it always says incorrect pin, I called customer service and they weren’t any help , I ran of gas because of this

    I had a mobile check deposit from a state issued payroll account. They put it on a 5 business day hold which is a 7 calendar day hold. And even then the money did not deposit in my account until 9:00pm. So really 8 calendar days short of 3 hours. I will never use this bank again. This was an unlawful hold. Im changing my direct deposit asap and will never use this bank again.

    Today I really needed to access my pay advance. This has never been a problem for me as when I click instantly that’s exactly what happens. Today I click instantly and it forwarded my advance to 24hrs. With no confirmation anything.. When I called support they offered no option to override this mistake. Which was clearly on their end. I am ending my relationship with chime today since such a simple task cannot be completed. On a mistake that is CLEARLY within their system. This is absurd.

    I have been with chime for years and been a loyal customer and here lately my credit limit is gone down…. Thinking about getting rid of chime for good
  • Could use a memo section

    Love the app, is so efficient and of great quality for the past 3 years I’ve had it. The only complain is that there’s no “memos” section when it comes to transfers so it makes it hard to keep track of what I’m spending money on. Otherwise we love it and tell others about it all of the time!

    My credit card was stolen and used, chimes dispute center is the worse. They don’t really try to help you get reimbursed for your lost money just denied my dispute & told me to prove that I lost my card. How do you prove your card was stolen. And Zoey was very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. 8/14/25 Part 2 of this bad review, I received a email from chime apologizing for their mistake for one of their agents speaking rude to me & not being able to solve my stolen card issue. They asked me to call and try again so I did and the same result nothing solved. So I asked to speak to a supervisor then was put on hold, just to be hanged up on. The worst customer service ever! Don’t bank with chime!
