The app data deletes automatically. The simulator session from a roster cannot be downloaded. this has been requested for 5years now and still no progress.

I liked the old system sync where you can sync between devices. Not my other devices dont do the auto sync per the update so the only real time logbook I have is on the iphone and my mac and ipad wont auto sync once opening the app. Yes I have the most up to date version.

overpriced for a spreadsheet with enhanced GUI

New Sync architecture is terrible. My 2 devices an iphone and mac are seldom in sync. trying every trick lile restarting the device and entering dummy flights; but its geting boring.... may well go back to a spreadsheet... -Legacy Airline FO and logtime user..

I have been a LogTen user for 7 years now and if I had to give a simlpe answer, it would be that I enjoy the application. However, there is always room for imporovement. I would personally enjoy an imporoved pay tracking system where airline empolyees could track their pay. This would defninitely take some time and coordination with airline pilots becuase of the diveristy and complexity of the situation. Airline pilots deal with Credit which is what a trip is worth, per diem, international stipends, and other sources of pay (examples could be "sit pay", 200% for premium trips, trip change benefits which could be pay on top of a trip's credit because of a change of schedule in the middle of a rotation). There are many different scenarios which could affect what the pilot gets paid for a certain trip. That being said, if LogTen could figure out a way for pilots to introduce different pay options associated with trips I would absolutely give this app a 5 star review. One other small item I have found to be a bit confusing is at times the logbook marks the flight on a different date than the actual day the flight took off. This is most likely due to the application wanting to use GMT time compared to Local time is my thought. They fixed their syncing issues which I was supper excited to see and now it is WAY better than before. Overall you all are doing a good job and looking forward to how this app develops and grows for the future generation of aviators!

Newest update doesn't auto sync, you have to choose one source as the primary source before you can sync BUT it doesn't allow you to look at the source for trueth before you submit. It should give you the option to look at them side by side and see what if anything is missing between devices then allow you to sync. WAY OVERPRICED spreadsheet. There is ZERO reason why this cost as much as it does. I am keeping my recomendation of try other prodcuts before this one.

I have been using LogTenPro Mac for many years and it has served me well. It worked well until the last upgrade that broke some essential functions. I am hoping Coradine can fix the issues but that remains to be seeen. If not, I will be in the market for alternatives.

I have been in love with my decision to use LogTen and thus in love with this service! It is so convenient to be able to use the software across devices and see it sync in real time so there is no question that everything is up to date. One look at the homepage totals makes reconciling my paper logbook VERY easy. The LogTen tech family is always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need a little guidance. Even the upgrades are seamless and easy to perform.I don't see a reason to consider any other electronic logbook!

This is an awesome logbook app, and offers tons of reports and formats so that you can print out and bind a very impressive proffessional logbook. There are a few issues that keep me from a perfect review. It would be amazing if LogTen could be used to log in to the reports from various airlines in order to synch data. Additionally, the smart groups aren't always the most intuitive to build. Once you figure it out (usually by trial and error), it is a very effective tool to drill down on groups of flights in detail. I wish the map function would allow for a full-screen scaled picture of all of your routes for a selected period. Not a lot of issues with this app, but it could be even better.

I was having some operator errors (me) with LogTen Pro and after multiple back forth emails with the same dedicated Customer Support person I was finally able to get my logbook squared away. David was the Support Technician who was indespensible in preparing my Logbook. Thank you so much for your great customer service!
