This is the worst app and NO customer service!!! I have emailed customer service numerous times, I receive an email with a ticket number that says customer support will response, but they never do!! The website will not let me change the password for the app. I am so frustrated with the whole thing. I am ready to cancel my subscription and delete the app!! I have been a continuous subscriber for years and now cannot access my subscription on my iPad!

I regret buying this subscription. Initially, it allowed me to view a few issues, a few days went by and now I can not access any of the issues. I reached out to their customer service for support. The agent created a user/password, it worked for 5 mins only. I’m still unable to access the issues. Save your money

I have tried a lot of apps but this is so far the best. Easy to use, highly informative, and beautiful graphics. :)
