Love using JibJab to wish my sister a Happy Birthday

I have purchased Jib Jab the past 3 years to use for work as a way to build community among the teachers and staff. I have hit the ceiling on what can be sent that is fun yet fits within Sexual Harassment guidelines. I will probably drop after this year since the content hasn’t really changed in 3 years. Add some new clean content if possible.

I’ve subscribed for several years, now. Really appreciate being able to label people. There is very little new content. I’m looking for cute, clever, NOT RAUNCHY gifs, cards, etc. I like to send out funny greetings on holidays to my clients. There are too few new choices.

I have subscribed to this program for many years and did enjoy it on my iPhone. Unfortunately halfway thru this year, the program no longer recognizes my login after a software update and ask me to subscribe again. I’ve contacted the Helpdesk, and they were not able or not willing to help me out so its the same o’l thing “Take the Customers Money and ignore the Customer” I did not get a refund, and I cannot use the program. It a shame that a once good Product can be ruined by such a Bad Service Department.

Why can’t save or send for free?

Jib Jab use to be a great app deserving more than five stars. It was also cheaper than what they are charging nowadays. Now they want to charge a monthly subscription fee. In the past I paid yearly and it was very reasonably priced. The monthly subscription fee is expensive and in my opinion not worth it. Anyways I have decided to delete the app.
