The only disappointment was the inefficiency around adding tickets to Apple wallet at times. Also, on the Disney app that allows you to gps your walking destinations, the universal app doesn’t provide that feature. Outside of that, the wait times and seamlessness of operating the app was spot on.

Had a great 3 days at Universal and islands of adventure! Very clean and efficiently run. I felt I received a amazing experience. The negative was lack of signage throughout the park…the App was very primitive and useless in the map category Otherwise 5 stars!!!

WHY DO COMPANIES INSIST ON MESSING UP THEIR OWN APPS?! The app was great until the update now it’s harder to order food, the menus aren’t housed on the app it redirects to the website (always a terrible decision) and everything is more difficult to navigate and find. So frustrating!!!!!!!

En el día de hoy dejé a mis hijas en los parques, viajando desde Miami y lo cierran sin aviso quedando mis hijas sin poder disfrutar de lo que tanto costó, $170 dólares y me cierran el parque a las 6 de la tarde, una vergüenza

I want to thank the lovely lady at Lost & Found Fri afternoon 4/12 who had my iPhone and was kind enough to charge it until I picked it back up! This new version is great. The animations are super smooth and the new tab bar makes it so much easier to get around the app. Well done Universal Orlando devs!!
