I love universal so much it’s literally my happy place

En el día de hoy dejé a mis hijas en los parques, viajando desde Miami y lo cierran sin aviso quedando mis hijas sin poder disfrutar de lo que tanto costó, $170 dólares y me cierran el parque a las 6 de la tarde, una vergüenza

I want to thank the lovely lady at Lost & Found Fri afternoon 4/12 who had my iPhone and was kind enough to charge it until I picked it back up! This new version is great. The animations are super smooth and the new tab bar makes it so much easier to get around the app. Well done Universal Orlando devs!!

Waste of time and money

Trying to order food for pick up in a hurry and figuring out that I have to enter five minutes worth of personal and credit card information just to use this app when I’m on an iPhone. Welcome to the 1980s.

Waiting for food order to be ready…turns out the food folks wait for you to come to counter before they prepare your order.

The app is very helpful, the dining time for Mels at Universal Studios was incorrect. It shows the time for pickup, but the food was not yet ready.
