Super basic without the subscription. Might as well buy a Fitbit every couple years and use their app.

Why did y’all change it? I don’t understand you’ve made it more difficult & worse to navigate & use!! 😑 HORRIBLE UPDATE!! There is no way to START it if you don’t set an alarm?? WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO WAKE UP!!!!
  • Needs an Autostart

Fitbit has the auto-track feature. Pillow needs it as well.
  • Apple Watch tracking needs improvement

    By Hutch20.hunt
Every time I wear my Apple Watch while I sleep, the app thinks I’m awake most of the night, which I know is not true. I have resorted to not wearing my watch to bed because of the dramatic change in sleep. I average (according to the app) over 50% of my time in bed awake, but only when I wear my watch does it give me that analysis. The inaccuracy is so beyond belief. Lots of improvements would be needed for my rating to change.
  • Inaccurate Sleep Logs

    By 9E-Ville2
The logs didn’t record all the times I woke up. My log shows that I slept for 6h 59m and that I woke up 2 different times. I checked the logs and the times seem to be about right (both times around at 3am). For this current sleep session, I ACTUALLY woke up and got out of bed 3 different times. I often wake up and change sleep positions. When I did decide to check the times, I remember the times were 12am and 1am.

So I set this app up before bed and woke up to no sleep detection found. What a waste.
  • Still missing the old version

Ever since this app was updated, it really doesn't work the same as it used to. Alarms won't go off unless the app remains open and if you do something else on your phone or put your phone to sleep, the alarm will not go off at the desired time. I had an alarm set for 2:30pm today and it randomly triggered at 10:16pm tonight. Not sure why. I hadn't touched the app, it just decided now was the time to go off after I had forgotten about the alarm (since it never went off.) The app itself is fine if you keep it open, I've gotten used to the changes otherwise. But I wish alarms would go off when they were supposed to, even if you aren't in the app anymore.
