Zoho Social is the absolute best app and website that I have found to run my small business social media marketing campaigns. It is user-friendly, extremely intuitive, and provides the greatest value of any other platform that I researched. I highly recommend!

The website is pretty good. Certain things are tough learning but once you figure it out it’s pretty sweet

I love the features, flow and UI. But talking with the service team is a real challenge. The accent of the people who try to help is actually the hinderance, not the software. It would be great if they had 3-5 people who did NOT have a strong Indian accent.

Zoho is great overall, but the app is lacking any TikTok integration and can be very unpolished at times times. Not bad though; still has a good amount of functionality.

Zoho is one of the better social media tools out there. When it comes to posting , scheduling, inbox, and monitoring interactions. The app interface is also one of the better ones out there. The app was an important piece and a differentiator. The price is very competitive in the market as we tested over 5+ tools. The only feedback would be to allow additional Facebook pages to connect if we don’t use other social channels. We have 7 different branches and Facebook profiles.

ZohoSocial is awesome! The automated social media posting has been a huge game-changer and time-saver!
