such a terrible app I’ve tried everything and this app will only work when I’m off Wi-Fi. Every other app I use works with my Wi-Fi. They need to figure this out.

A year or so ago, this app used to look like it was from ten years in the past, but at least it worked. Now, I try to use it on firestick and glitches every time. Reloaded the app, even uninstalled it. Go back in and it freezes every time. And to top it off, they cancelled Joe Bob. Don’t know what the hell they are doing but it sucks and they have lost a viewer!

I’ve been getting charged for months without being able to actually access the app. Even worse they make it impossible to cancel, I really liked this when I started but it’s left such a terrible taste in my mouth now :/

I have been a subscriber to shudder for a long time. I have to say since they updated the apps, I hate using it. They streamlined the movie menus, and gave it a cleaner look. By cleaner look I mean they eliminated any info about the movie. You now have to open it to find a description, which is now one sentence and gives you nothing meaningful. No cast or crew info. Good luck finding a trailer. I usually end up getting irritated and move onto another streaming platform to find something to watch. Will probably end my subscription soon.

Constant issues when trying to subscribe. I sign up for the monthly then go to watch and get an error that says I’m not subscribed, every time. This time I had the issues and had to try to sign up twice and somehow ended up with the yearly subscription (that still didn’t work even after have $100 sucked out of my bank account)

The app crashes non stop on iPhone 17 and the selection is mid without more mainstream selections. B and C movies aren’t enough.

This lame app will cast to your tv… but without any sound. Also they have no app for LG tvs. Joke company 🤡

App was better when it lost the language and did log you out every day

I don’t care about the library, the app will not let you back out of a movie once you’ve started. Since these movies suck, you need to do this. But this app is so poorly developed you can’t. What a bumbling, inept organization. You will never get my money

I have to log into the App on my appleTV about once a month or so and just wanted to comment that I find this mildly annoying. Is there anything you can do to change this?
