Every time my son goes to play the games the app shuts down. I just wasted $5! I’m going to get my money back.

App crashes every time game is chosen. Paid for full up, but it doesn’t work. Money wasted!

I paid over $10 for this app and my child still gets served apps for their toys and other products.

My daughter loves your apps and we probably would have all of the full version so if they cost $2.99 or even as high as $4.99, but when they cost $9.99 like this one and $11 or $12.99 like some of the others it is just too expensive. I bet you would make just as much, if not more, if you lowered the price to something more reasonable. This is the only set of apps I have come across that cost this much. The apps are well designed and are definitely engaging. This one has fun photo frames and the sing alongside are really nice with fun videos to accompany the songs. I recommend the free version. We purchased the full version of one of their other apps because my daughter loves it so much and it was about word families and sounding out words, all of which are really relevant for her right now. I wish I could justify spending $9.99 on this app, but I can't when she will only use it for the month of December.

We used to listen to the songs fine but now it is silent. We paid for this app and it doesn't work!

My daughter loves this app, but it has become a silent app since the most recent update. Have tried deleting and reloading, but can't get the volume to work. My other apps work, so I know it's not just the iPad. Please fix it, she loves to sing along with the songs!!
