There’s too many app updates to the ring app

There are to many updates. And every time I’m forced to update all my setting go back to default. I don’t want to know if it’s going to rain in a few hours. I don’t want to know that I should be on the lookout for my neighbors cat. I just want to use the camera service for security purposes. Not get an alert every time the sun comes up.

My ring does not detect on time. For example, it does not alert me when I walk out side but it will alert me when I return. The ring is not working during 2am and 5am. It's not a connection issue. I restart and it still does not work. It is intermittent with detection and alerts. Sometimes the live view does not work when I know it has a connection. What is the solution?

Cameras will disconnect wifi is good live view is constantly broken dont waste your money especially on their horrible value plans its all a scam

Stop hitting me with your paywall, your products are mediocre and the live view should be the first thing I see when clicking on my camera, not you telling me to pay to unlock recordings. Show me who’s at my door, don’t make me jump through 5 menus to see if there’s a robber at the door or my family surprising me

I’ve had the app on my iPhone for years. It used to work fine. But now won’t let me login. Tells me to change the cookie settings in my browser and try again. I’m not using a browser RING, I’m trying to use your app. Fix your product or I’ll throw my RING products in the trash and go to competitor. By the way, when I do use a web browser I can log in just fine. Your app is trash.

At first our ring peephole camera was good. Picked up motion and notified us a lot. Almost too much. We used to be able to adjust the settings and sensitivity. I don’t know what changed or when but for at least the last year we don’t have that option anymore. We never get alerts until someone is already inside the house. We don’t get alerted to people walking up to the house. Only if our door is opened. It’s trash. We might as well not even have it at this point. Will be getting a new security camera through a different company.

Ever since the new update Ring does NOT notify me with anyone that comes to my front door or my other 3 cameras I have installed. I literally had Amazon…go figure.. deliver two packages within an hour of each other with NO notification of anyone approaching my Ring wired Pro doorbell…. The only reason I knew the packages were delivered be the Amazon app and my email let me know…. Why do I pay for a subscription to have multiple cameras and none of them work at notifying me anymore… Ring/Amazon you guys really need to focus on your updates because they aren’t doing anything but breaking the main features people want from their cameras. I’ve invested in this company and expect the products I buy to work 100 percent of the time not half of the time.
