Love this game and have played it for years. But for the past couple weeks, I’ve not been able to play. I open the app, and all the silly ‘ads’ for other bingo games come up, and I’m unable to cancel out of them - or play them. May have something to do with recent IOS updates, but the techies for this game need to get busy and update the game.

I have enjoyed this game for sometime but for a week it will not let me play. Just keeps flashing same pop up over and over. No way to contact support because it will not let me do anything. I have reloaded game but still happening. I was hoping after a week they would have figured out and sent an update. I could load that through App Store.

For the past week I can’t get beyond the tournament Home Screen. It’s frustrating and I’m ready to delete the game. So right now I’m rating one star because zero stars isn’t an option.

The game is really good but right now there’s something wrong with it, please check it out. It’s a good game!

I cannot even play. The same pop ups keep popping up and won’t allow for game play. Please fix it!

I used to love this game. I played every day. Now I can’t use it as all it shows is the start of a game and when I select to play it comes back to start I will have to delete it and think about whether to download again. Loose all my credits of dice etc

Can’t play! Keeps popping up same challenge and won’t let you go to anything else. Loved this game but ready to delete it. Thought maybe it was my IPad but my phone is doing the same thing. It’s been a couple of weeks!!

I have been having problems with the game for a couple of weeks now. I can’t seem to figure out and can’t get to the game to tell of the problem.

It seems that everyday something is wrong with this app! Today, I could not receive my daily bonus and the video failed to load when I wanted 3 extra balls to finish a round. Many days, there are multiple soundtracks playing at the same time creating an annoying cacophony. Please fix this app! It performed much better when it had a Monopoly theme! Now, there is a pop up that won’t allow me to play. FIX IT!!!!!

Loved the game been playing for years but lately the ads won’t go away to where I can even play .
