Now that I have been a member for quite some time, I see a pattern of deception. After the initial joining and going through all the new profiles and matches, things slow down, which is understandable. When I am paying for subscription, I get slow rate of likes, maybe a couple a month. When I decide to take a break and stop paying- boom! I get like 40 likes in two weeks. So, of course I am inclined to pay and find out who all of these likes are and the pattern I notice is 70% are outside the parameters I have set for a match. The other 30% are good, but another thing I notice is that they never reach out. Hmmm Maybe they are fake profiles from Bumble designed to just get you back to paying status. It’s hard to make guy friends on here too because it seems like every guy I think matches my lifestyle asks about sexual encounters, even though I explicitly state I am not interested in that.

I’m a gay man and Bumble keeps showing me women. Plus, it keeps telling me that people are waiting just outside my filters, presumably distance and/or age. But who knows? It doesn’t say which filters to adjust.

This app is suspect!!! Sign up- wait a few hours before you pay- hundreds of likes. Once you pay, and see the likes- you’re horrified. And it’s the same people every time you sign up. Then, once you pay- very few likes. Then they start pushing highlight. Pay for highlight get 10x views. It’s all very shady. This app is designed to rob you. Don’t believe me? Try it out…. Good luck with that. I’m fit, successful, and get barely a like unless I buy spotlight??? Scam! They know what they are doing….

Bad application, bad customer service, bad everything. Despite this being a free option, don’t waste your time. Head to any of the others for a better experience. . My account was randomly banned after having it for less than a week, only for customer service to say I did “something” but they won’t tell me what nor can it be fixed. I don’t even think I had a chance to swipe on anyone before it was banned. . Don't waste your time on this app.

I applied for this app thinking it was free. Although, there are premium options I wasn’t sure what my success rate would be so I decided to wait and check it out first. After a few days, I began to realize how many likes and attention my incomplete profile has generated. I’m still undecided but Bumble is patient enough with me and continues to offer lower affordable prices for short term options. I like this and do plan to invest soon. Worth it so far.

I used to love Bumble. However, I randomly got banned for "bullying" which is WILD because I barely talk to people, and if I do, I go off of their bio. Well, somehow I got banned. I've reached out to support multiple times and they won't do anything. Won't even hear me out. Sad!

This starts well and will make you upgrade immediately. You can't do anything without paying more and it so much of an upgrade that it should just be included in one price. For example you can't communicate with potential interest with out paying more. Once you paid double advertisement price to say hello back to potential mate it gets more frustrating. All ladies I chatted with or passed on a number to possibly arrange a date were extremely cautious, so so cautious that the scammers WON. Every answer from every question is analyzed down to minute detail. If you make one mistake or resemble in ANY way another person that scammed them you are ghosted or deleted. This app would have been great in another decade but the current state of the world makes it impossible to use for intended purpose.

App works great, met good people. However the add-ons and cost to really be able to connect are excessive.

if you're average/a little above average on the looks scale, don't waste your time. if you're supermodel level attractive, you'll be okay.
