Honestly such a great app and the pronunciation is amazing although the words are all over the place so don’t expect like a Duolingo style lesson I couldn’t love it more tho Daalu drops !!

I’m currently learning Igbo on Drops and it’s been very helpful especially because there are not many resources out there’s to help me learn igbo. The stuff I’m learning is good and useful, but I do wish that there was more English translating in Drops. This is because I often find myself forgetting what some Igbo words or phrases mean because I don’t remember what they mean in English.

This is a great platform to learn another language because it’s fun, and feels doable.

Okay so this is a good language learning app, but when I go do my lesson for the day it will say that I have to wait 20 hours until I get to do my lesson. On top of that, I can’t change how long each session is unless I get Drops+.

It is enjoyable learning and fun. When it congratulates you I think it should stop the timer. It is also nice to learn about the language’s culture. 5. Minutes a day is nice because it helps you learn the words instead of knowing a few and forgetting the rest because you have so many words. I would suggest putting 2 more lessons on to a topic the app says you mastered or use review dojo.

great supplemental tool for your vocabulary. Could have better review options, but other than that worth every penny.

I have a streak of over a year in this app, and until recently I thought it was fantastic. A few months ago, though, they introduced a glitch where if you complete a module before your 5 minutes are up, it usually takes you back to the start screen and sets your time back to zero. This means that you have to start your five minutes over if you want to keep your streak in the app. This has turned it into a lie when the app claims it only takes five minutes a day — it’s closer to ten minutes if you are actually making progress. They’ve released a few updates since this started happening, but none correct the problem. The very poor maintenance of this app and the fact that they’re allowing it to be this buggy drove me to write this review. I have no problem paying for apps, but when I do, I expect them to work on the most basic level. This one doesn’t.
