Don’t use turbotax they are Scammers .Reviews it’s fake . first they lie that a free app. if you do not cooperate with them and do not even send an application, they will simply steal your money and don’t want return . you will answer 100 unnecessary questions. Think they register outside USA . Government needs to know about this situation

Took 1/3 of my taxes for FEES like, did they go to the IRS in person and do my taxes. NOT WORTH

They do a great job hiding the fees until the end. Charged me 200$ in fees for a 500$ refund. Unbelievable.

Years ago when I first starting using turbo tax it was a dream come true. Easy to use, understand, and operate the program. Whatever the change was recently was for the worst. It was much harder to understand and the information of the final amount of return I got. I got over 900 back but how i understood what the app was telling me was that I only got back less than 100 bucks. I had NO problems before. All of the sudden they fix something that wasn’t broken or not working and made it now a program I will not use next time. Sometimes things are made the best they can be but because somebody has a job to always improve stuff, they have to earn their money and try to do just that, only they did the opposite

Ik tax season already pass but this is for future reference, my wife and I wanted to do out taxes ourself so we saw that turbo tax was doing a FREE EDITION where you do your own taxes and you don’t have to pay so we gave it a try and at the end they ask for 135 dollars just to file My advice just have someone do your taxes some of my family got charge 150-200 for 2 people and they didn’t have to do much just have some one do it just not Turbo tax it really feels like a scam

I’ve used turbo tax for years. it was how i learned to file my own taxes when i was 18. it was always so fast, easy, and FREE. as of this year i only received a $27 refund (thanks to our president but whatever not turbo tax’s fault). and i go to complete the filing process and you guys want to charge me $118. i would not have received a refund at all had i paid that. i used H&R block mobile app instead and got it done for free and had my *small* refund in my account in a few days. turbo tax seems to have gotten a big head with how many people have decided to use them instead of going to actual drop their taxes off to be filed by people, and now you guys want to charge all sorts of fees. the options were always there to upgrade to a different package for 60 bucks or something like that, but it was always a choice. now charging $118 is not a choice. i dont like it, and unless the charges go away & they change it back to how it used to be i won’t be using turbo tax any longer. it’s a shame considering i was a customer for years.

Useless app. Just loads and loads with perfect service and perfect Wi-Fi connection.

TurboTax has turned into money grab scheme. Do your taxes elsewhere!!! I spent 8 hours trying to resolve something and it couldn’t be complete even with their support. Charging customers over 250$ just to do taxes is laughable.

TurboTax has served me for my entire adult career, so I can’t give it a 1; however, lately the app is having trouble starting, and even when I do manage to get in, pages won’t load; I can’t check the status of returns or review files. Not only that, after filing I was told my return would be over $1,000, but the check received was only about $300. I’m sure that can’t be entirely Turbo’s fault, but such a disparity had to come from somewhere, and with the app crashing like it does, I’m inclined to blame the technology.

I filed early and still have not gotten my tax return never was I told that there was anything wrong with my return. They still want their money even after I have not received my return. I would like my money back and I paid for their audit guarantee and it seems it’s been audited too!! Don’t use this scam of a service.
