Don’t waste your time! They have the absolute worst customer service. Even when they are wrong instead of fixing the problem or resolving the issue they blame you for the problem. 99% of the time they can even understand what your problem actually is and give some stupid excuse as to why it can’t be fixed or resolved. You can even video the issue occurring and the will thank you for the video and tell you the problem isn’t there. Almost 9 years of playing and honestly it was fun but eventually you get tired of putting your money time and effort into a service that doesn’t care about you or your experience!

I Have been playing this game for over a year I’m still getting used to it I even spend money on this game and when I don’t have knowledge on something the customer service is no help whatsoever makes me feel all they wanna do is take our money and run with it. At least make it right especially when you’re a paying customer love this game sometimes but the customer service team need to step it up if they wanna keep their fans I guess you can call it I know a few players who left because of them not doing a good job

There are constant pop ups for me to buy things and there isn’t an option to close it’s on a 3 minute timer. So when I was getting attacked by a level 41, I am level 21, you can’t do anything but sit and wait. Scumy tactics

I been playing this game for years it’s unbelievable the money you need to spend to compete. It should not cost money to gain power instead w time and skill rewarded power. Spend money is for looks and decor you should not play this game if you are competitive and not make 100k a year or more you will just die to the player w the biggest bank account

I had 10k of every troop up to lv7 and someone attacked me and whipped me out went from having 11milion down to 4millon and I wasted almost 20$ on this game ya never again
