  • Worst app ever!!

    This app never works!!! Now i have to get rid of the camera because of the app not letting me look at videos and the live video is choppy and doesn’t come up right away when I get an alert. I have emailed customer service because there needs to be an update because it use to work but now it doesn’t...what a waste of money

    This app used to work great but after the last update it just opens to a black screen and then immediately closes. I might as well throw the cameras in the trash at this point.
  • Siren won’t stay enabled in app

    In the app for inside Guardzilla (when alarm is set) it disables the audible siren when enabled. I set it and go back in and it’s disabled. This update is poorly done PLEASE FIX SO SIREN WILL ACTIVATE upon motion.

    App and cameras were working fine until I updated the app 4 days ago. I then had a frozen screen. Deleted app and downloaded again. My cameras are no longer viewable, emails back and forth to customer support to re-register cameras. Cannot reinstall. No response from customer support and no resolution to my problem! FOUR cameras useless! Very frustrating will not recommend this product.

    My problem is what ever sets the camera off is almost out of the view before it kicks on And when it goes off you have to wait for the Video to down load before you can click on it and see what’s up needs a faster response time And mine sometimes has a red color covering the video
  • Nightmare

    This app and camera has been a nightmare since I acquired it. I use the app with the new Guardzilla 360 outdoor camera and calling the system unreliable is an understatement. It never works. The app has a difficult time connecting to the camera, even on the same network and forget about connecting remotely. Despite the inability to connect, the app is still kind enough to alert you to motion events but no record of the event is made. Thank goodness I also use Nest. It is a night/day difference to this poor system.
  • No sound

    I specially purchased the monitoring with sound and settings have no options to check the status or modify accounts. App lags a lot but it’s still better than nothin
  • Don’t waste your money

    There are two problems with this app. I get at least two false alarms every day and night. I have done everything to try to adjust the sensitivity and it makes no difference. I cannot depend on the Guardzilla to accurately notify of an intruder. The second problem is that both my spouse and I have the app on our phones. It will only auto arm and disarm when I come and go but when husband comes home without me, he is treated as an intruder and when he drives away it does not auto arm. It’s very frustrating and I really think it is a total waste. The quality of the camera is pretty lousy as well. I would much rather have a different system but I spent $100 and now I don’t have the money for a better one.

    Complete trash. Works around 10% of the time and when it does work, the quality and resolution are subpar. Definitely not worth the trouble it takes to fight with connecting the device when it constantly looses connection. The customer service is pretty much non-existent. They expect you to look through the thousands of forums for troubleshooting the issue. No thank you.
  • Software app is the main problem

    2.0.1 update broke all siren functionality. The siren sounds just by switching the setting on even though system is not armed and motion was not detected. The panic button siren no longer works either and it’s too close to the settings button in case of Mis-click. The camera hardware works fine for me Please fix the software side/app. IPhone 6s iOS 11 and 12 neither works for siren anymore
