Can’t see my results for any of my past races. From old reviews I see there are no plans to ever fix this. Too bad! Could be great and motivate me to enter more races, but nah, I guess I’ll just do my usual runs that my friends already do. I’ll check back each year to see if you guys ever get serious about the App! Good luck!

This isn’t the first or only complaint about involuntary sign-ups for “Active Advantage” — it just happened to me. Now it’s $99.95/year, and you may only notice after you see a mysterious charge on your credit card. I didn’t get any email about it from Active until after the charge appeared, so never had a chance to cancel the “free trial” I didn’t know I had been signed up for. It’s a wonder the app gets so many five star reviews when Active was called the “most hated name in race registration” years ago. They still haven’t cleaned up their act.

The website has a horrible filter. This app is much better but wonky. The website doesn’t see items you favorite in the app. Not a great app or website, but it’s better than nothing.

Pretty bad app expert. Very outdated and can’t even access event registration and QR code. Pointless to download this as you need to login to the website to get anything you need.

Signed up and paid for two events for three people. One event in March and the other one in November. March event got canceled, so they put it towards the same exact event in November. Now I’m double booked and paid for the same event. I tried contacting them, but nothing worked to get a refund from the canceled event. I would just be cautious when purchasing from this app or website..

Honestly, do not sign up for this. You can just look at each race by googling races in your local town because they will charge you $90 and just take it out of your bank if you sign up through them and pay for all your tickets to a race a month later you’ll be charged another $90 to have this app so just go to the race site.

When did this app move to kids camps? It does not let me filter by age. I’ve not been able to find a single running race, which is the reason I paid for this in ten first place.
