    You will pay this company money, whether you plan to or not. I have just neared the end of my "Free" 2-week trial period, and have yet to discover how to successfully Cancel my account. From what I can tell, you must pay them either the monthly fee (currently $5.99 per month as of July 2023), or the annual fee (currently $59.99 per year as of July 2023) in order to THEN have the ability to cancel your account AFTER you pay. And to be honest, I'm not yet certain that I will be able to "Cancel my renewal" (as they put it) even now that I have opted for the monthly subscription. Good Luck, You have been warned!
  • BEWARE — effective tracker, bad customer service

    I subscribed to this app for several years and it was good for what I needed. Trips can be recorded and categorized easily, almost effortlessly. BUT… I stopped driving much and tried to cancel the subscription. I was anyway rebilled. Subscriptions are handled by email and the company is not responsive. I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Probably better to find an app that works through Apple’s in-app purchases.

    I have been trying to cancel account for over a week. I have emailed several times and reached out in the chat but no one responds and my account is still active. I follow the instructions listed on the website however still no cancellation.
  • Easy to use but AWFUL customer service

    I do NOT recommend this app to any driver who suspects they will need any sort of customer support at any time. This app easily helps me classify work drives vs personal drives. I used it for 3 years while I traveled for my job. After Covid, my job transitioned into fully virtual so I no longer needed the account. You cannot cancel your membership online or through the app; you must do it through customer service number or message. I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my membership and have not been able to have a representative communicate back with me via customer support online, email, or phone. I have made over 15 attempts to communicate and cancel at this time. I have also been charged for these two months. I have asked for a refund of payment but of course have had no success with that either. VERY disappointed!

    App worked good for about month then started having problems. All apps are the same not i have tried has stayed consistent. To get hold of support is even worse.

    The service was good when I needed it, but I tried to cancel more than 2 years ago. They have now charged me $59.99 3 times since my initial attempt to end my subscription. The only way I could find to cancel was by e-mail, and I have sent them several messages and never seen a single response. I know I’m not the only person who has experienced this issue. Apple should not continue to allow them to set up subscriptions through this app until they offer a way to cancel that actually works for everyone. I hope that this gets someone’s attention, otherwise I will see what my bank can do. If you are considering subscribing and I have not updated this review with a positive resolution, I would not trust SherpaShare.

    The app has been down for a week now and not recording miles for a lot of customers. Emailed support and nothing! Spent $60 for a year service and only received 7.
