This app stole my money .

Sleeper used to be the best place to play fantasy football, but it's no longer that. They were innovative and always improving their space, but they no longer do. Their only focus is growing their pick 'em business to generate money. It makes since for them. But because of that the fantasy football/basketball side has been neglected, and continues to be. Sleeper app has become just another pick 'em app.

Before you download this app, just know when you try to withdraw it’s gonna give u a headache. I tried to withdraw my money after I won over $100, the sleeper app kept declining my withdrawal. After a week of not being able to withdraw anything I finally contact support and Nathan from support didn’t help at all either just gave me a basic rundown of what you normally can find on the website about withdrawals. What kind of support team does this app run ? PrizePicks has never given me a withdrawal issue I recommend it more than Sleeper. Sleeper has great picks but man I will refuse to use this application over any other. I have won over $800 on PrizePicks and have cashed out same night no problem. I’d cal l this app a scam but others have had successful chances of getting to withdrawal they’re money.

I have a commissioner for one my fantasy basketball leagues. And he refused to pay out after the season ended. Was trying to hold the money. I complained to sleeper company and they said sorry we can’t do anything “some people just aren’t good commish”. Like are we kidding?? Don’t get screwed over like me and a few other people. This app has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in all my time doing fantasy leagues. Stick to yahoo or ESPN don’t waste your time or phone space with this app. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

So its been issue after issue, when I first tried to get verified it was an issue had to get manually verified. I finally get verified after 48hrs; then when I tried to deposit (mind you the minimum is 15$-20$ more than anywhere else) they wouldnt accept any ANY form of payment other than ACH Deposit (and we will get back to this). Fine, I make the deposit. They give you a free promo square as every other platform does when you make a new account, great no big deal though. First slip I make I do not use the promo square. It dissapears? I contact support, they recover it. They tell me if i dont use it right away or if I cancel my next entry I wont get it back. If thats your policy… Why not say that before though? Moving on, I play, I win one slip the first night, next day another slip, by this point the deposit has cleared from my bank. And I decide I want to withdrawal funds. But wait, It says I cannot withdraw funds because I used ACH deposit method? Although, thats the only method the system allowed me to use. Never would it have been my first choice. I kept getting an error from any of the other deposit methods. And let me clarify they have a time allotment for clearing any ACH deposits typically one week. Truthfully think they did that on purpose; only allowing me to ACH deposit. Regardless, they expect you to lose the first deposit. And from this whole experience and from reading the other reviews I am doubtful that now when I do withdrawal I will ever recieve my funds. Its simple, You refund/reverse the deposit amount + whatever additional funds are won. Other platforms do it that way. It doesn’t take a week to clear an ACH, and you know the deposit was in good faith or nuvei would’ve never let me make it. So that was my experience on Sleeper. I feel bad for anyone who uses that Deposit match maximum of 500$ because I doubt they will ever see that money back… even if they win.

The most recent update is incredibly buggy, adding on to an already very buggy experience. This apps only saving grace is the people who use it. For the love of God sleeper just dedicate some resources to the fantasy features. There are so many quality of life bugs that make the experience feel just janky and poor. I wish it was open source so the community could put up their own pull requests to fix it ourselves because clearly Sleeper does not care enough to prioritize it.

The latest update gives us landscape mode back for iPad. However, you don’t have any options to customize your columns. If only want one column, and that be for my FF league, I can’t do that. Therefore, the data is now smaller (on a 12.9 iPad) than what it was when we didn’t have landscape. 2 columns should be a choice, not a must! Update*** While the app is getting a little better, it still doesn’t support Split View for some reason, nor customized columns🤷🏼‍♂️

I put in a Friday protected play on Friday and the slip didn’t win which means I supposed to receive my money back. As I’m writing this comment it’s Monday and they haven’t released my $20! The app used to be fun but not anymore! I will not use it anymore

I don’t write reviews but this is by far the best sport betting app. It is very informative and it’s clear they don’t try to hide anything whatsoever. Everything is right there in front of your face for your own convenience. The stats, player history, player news. Great app
