    6/14/25 update: it’s worse now and keeps asking you to login and asks to send you code. It is still the top worst app for my business. How does this app have an overall rating of 4.6? It’s horrible. Nothing ever works. It doesn’t show the guests messages, keep stating “unknown error”. Does not show all details of the reservation. I literally have to go on the web to see all the details. Not to mention, expedias customer service is the worst.

    I’ve been using this app for almost 5 years now and lately it’s been a nightmare. Can’t load messages, any load bookings and I need to use the website constantly.

    Nothing works! I cant message guests. I see a bunch of "***" instead of seeing a guest's special request.

    Esta app da problemas para hacer login, te saca del login, da errores al enviar mensajes, te obliga a cambiar de contraseña de repente. Es una pérdida de tiempo, también es lenta. La única opción es manejar desde la web. Lastima

    Every time I try to reply to a guest it doesn’t work all it says is something went wrong try again. I have the app because I respond to guests request when I’m on the go.

    Partner Central feels outdated and difficult to navigate, with a user experience that’s reminiscent of the early 2000s. The interface is incredibly hard to use, which slows down essential tasks. Additionally, support has been very slow. I was contacted as early as 5 AM, and when I missed the call, my case was instantly closed. I then had to start from scratch to reach support via chat again. Expedia also has a Partner Central channel on YouTube, but the comments are disabled—perhaps a telling sign of the quality of service provided. Please take cues from competitors and work on improving the partner experience. Right now, Expedia Partner Central is deeply disappointing.

    Problem is I cannot login The keyboard is not popping on login page I have to go to Google chrome app to sign and be able to view my bookings which requires more time and effort

    You have to log in every time to open not user friendly app even after several complaints our issue is not solved. Update it and let it log in using our face id. Very frustrating.
