I’m Uber driver my passenger made false claim on me This camera sometimes record or sometimes it stop recording without letting you know. It happen with me 2 times once during accident It was not recording and 2nd time April 15 2024.passenger made false claim and it was recording but unable to play.even it was save on Nexar cloud. So please do not put ur and ur family member life on risk God bless u Ameen

I was out of storage on my phone so easiest thing for me was resetting everything. So I redownload the Nexar app and I reset the Nexar pro dashcam but no matter what, it will not connect. It connects to the WiFi of the Nexar dashcam and then it forever stays in that “this should only take a minute” screen. I haven’t had dashcam coverage now for a week and I think I’m calling it quits on this one. Will most likely buy a different system.

Idk when this start happening but the Nexar app is draining my battery like it is juice in a summer day.

This dash cam didn’t pick up two incidents that have occurred to me. One was a break in attempt and the the other one was a hit and run while i wasn’t even in the car. i thought it was supposed to record while in park mode, yet both times i needed footage. there was none to be found which is why im switching to a whole new brand and cheaper too. don’t spend your money honestly on this brand

Ive been trying to install n it just wont connect. But my husband tries to install it with his android n it connects in less than a minute.

I don’t like the fact that you have to link it to Bluetooth every single time you start the car it’s cheaply made when you try to spin it around to see the back in case there was an accident cannot spin it around easily without the suction pad falling off the windownot worth the money at all

Everytime you finish a drive it will only show 5 seconds of drive or maybe half. You sit in your car to get video to download to app doesn’t even work. You have to go to create video and scroll through laggy video to even watch it.

I used the camera for a year until I had an accident in a parking lot. and it was the accident that the camera did not record, although it is connected directly to the hybrid car and I have a paid subscription. The camera didn't record anything! don't waste money, use a camera with a memory card! The support service is clueless, they don’t help in any way, they’re just a waste of time and nerves. The company doesn’t care about the problems, the main thing is to sell! I don't recommend it!

I love this product and the support I’ve received from the company is excellent. It meets all My expectations and more and I will strongly recommend it if you’re looking for a great webcam.

Good app but drain battery and battery life must turn location access on for it to work, hope they fix this issue.
