Can’t even connect to bluetoth, the app is AWFUL. Father bought the chair, trying to use the app, and it’s as if the developer gave 10 mins of their time to build this. Can’t use, it’s abismal

Crashes when opening. Won’t connect to Bluetooth. How difficult can this be folks? I can fly a drone but can’t control a massage chair ?

Infinity removed the capability to manually adjust the 3D setting in the most recent version of this app.

How is it possible that such an expensive chair well-made gives a fantastic massage has such a terrible app. You should be able to design your own massages for example a minute of shiatsu a minute of tapping so on and so forth. I should be able to tell what the range I wanted to work also not available it gives you a predetermined range but then you’re stuck with it you can’t say I’ll go a little bit higher go little bit lower this thing is bananas. You can obviously work around the limitations but it feels like the person who wrote this app is living in the 1970s
