Used to offer 30 uploads per month but now only offers 10. Cheap move honestly.

6 months into my year-long subscription, Planoly told me I had reached my annual limit. What? I'd posted far fewer than 60 posts a month -- maybe 15/month. Could find no explanation. WILDLY expensive for something with undisclosed limits on its use. Wildly expensive anyway. Blech.

I don't like how difficult it is to cancel your account and get your refund

I chose this app because of the ability to schedule posts and have struggled with posts that were schedule being post less than 50% of the time. Which is frustrating .

The app is ok but i can not use it on my phone. When I try to upload videos from my phone to plan more content it just loads forever. The app runs slow. It picks and chooses when allows me to upload a video longer than 30 seconds. It lets me pick a cover pic for my videos then when it’s time to post it doesn’t let me auto post.

This used to be my favorite app to manage my social media content. Now, any time I upload new content it reorders everything, causing me to lose hours of work each time. This was never an issue in the past but it’s making me want to look for a new social media planning app.

App itself is being a real pain !! Love the website and concept, wish the app worked :(

Honestly loved this app, but they recently lowered the free to use upload limit from 30 a month to 10. They’ve also had hit or miss customer service with problems. Might need to find a new planning app.

My posts often don’t auto post for a multitude of reasons. The user interface is clunky and hard to navigate at times.

Well I’ve been using this app for about 2 years now and sadly I will now stop. The free version was allowing 30 uploads a month and now it has dropped substantially to 10 without notice. Disappointed to say the least.
