I reinstalled it and waited ten minutes both tries and it just shows the blue flowy lady. There is no press start button or anything. No loading signs or “downloading” messages, nothing. I’ve gotten this game before on my phone and I’ve never had this problem and your customer support contact button doesn’t even work. On top of all that, on my phones account I can’t even get my original account because it won’t let me use my google account or Facebook account to connect????? What a disgusting mess of a game this has become and I’m very disappointed with how it hasn’t even tried to fix some of its problems or even make any functions in the game easier for players like other games have. I loved this game for so long and enjoyed the concept and idea. Some features of this game were gold but now it’s all outdated and just ugly to play, and not just ugly to look at, but to play as well.

I played the game years ago and loved it, took a break, and came back. The entire customer service basic help or update is gone and doesn’t work for any country. My old account also got messed up and I do spend a decent amount, trust me… no help.

Game freezes when you open it. Only solution is deleting and redownloding it. Honestly seems like the devs just gave up.

This game “was” totally awesome till they lost my account that I spent literally YEARS on! Even after tying FB, Google, and the company’s account still they managed to lose it!?

Fun game. Good starter champs

I have been playing MR for over 6 years and have been hooked. The latest update has stopped all notifications from working. I am on iOS and have my settings turned on but only get restock notifications now. Nothing about rallies, attacks, etc. such that it has dropped the entertainment below the subterranean garage level. Yes, the game is pay to win and always tilted always in favor of players in China. They get better deals (freebies/giveaways/discounts) that none of the rest of us get…folks in US, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, New Zealand, etc. The developers foster it and are well aware of the unfair advantage. If you are okay with this, it is a good game and you can make some nice friends.

All i can day is this game is the best and it’s really entertaining.

I have had an issue the past few days with the game on iOS. During game play the game will exit abruptly and I have to reopen it. I have never before had any issue or experienced anything like this, I hope that this is taken care of in a timely matter and that it is corrected soon. Thank you
