Beautiful game. Simple pleasant. Difficult. If you can’t figure out the “rules” you are a nincompoop, don’t leave reviews of your own cluelessness.
  • Nice merge of minesweeper and plumbing-flow puzzles

Devise a route from the source to the specified endpoints, respecting constraints. Very satisfying. Visually appealing.

Fells like an active engagement puzzle rather than some game designed to make you buy crap to actually make progress. IMHO if you dislike this game because of its “unclear” rules then you must hate a challenge. I feel like it teaches how to learn how to play rather than outright teaching how to play, which builds intuition you’ll need the farther the game progresses!

Enjoyed very much! Was bummed when I completed the master rank and was no more :(. Need more to solve!!! It took me several weeks on and off to accomplish the very last one though. I was stuck on number eight. Anyway fun to figure out for sure!
  • Fun Puzzle Game That Works Differently Than Expected

Most games today start off with a bunch of annoying prompts telling you how to play. This one had a little text to guide you in the first level, but it wasn’t enough to not let you figure out how the game works on your own. It reminds me of playing old games growing up where you put the cartridge in, turn it on, and then you’re just there in the game and you have no clue what any of the sprites are supposed to be or what kinds of puzzles might be in the game. All you know is that you want to beat the game. Initially I thought that the numbers corresponded to each square, and it was saying how many paths that square needed to the source block. Then I thought it was saying how many lines around the outside of the filled blocks touched that corner. It wasn’t until around Level 2, puzzle 3-ish that I realized how it really worked (I won’t spoil it here). I kind of accidentally stumbled into playing this game without reading anything about what it was. I downloaded one of Open Planet’s other apps, and saw their bundle being shown next to it. The other app in the bundle (not this one or the one I had originally bought) looked like something I’d use, so I bought the bundle. Then today, I saw this app that was also included on my home screen so I tapped on it, and it was a fun little mystery to solve. I tapped on it, and then I saw Game Center open, so I knew it was a game, and then I started trying to figure out what the numbers really meant, which kept me interested until the puzzles got hard enough to be interesting in and of themselves.
  • Great game with puzzles

There is a tutorial mode to teach you the basics of the game -- put down connection squares that touch the number shown on the paper. Only n squares can surround the number. So complex layouts can be tricky and fun. Easy to come in and start playing and come back later for more.
