Sometimes Parallel shows the windows dock and sometimes the Mac os doc.

Parallels is a mess - setting up Windows. I guess this is why I have a Mac to begin with....

I just bought it and now that I want to use it, I click on the app and my screen goes black without any kind of sign it just doesn't work at all.

I am not sure it is a program or my Mac issue. When I work on eLerning creation in Articulate Stroryline, it is so slow and delay to the point that I gav up working on the app.
