I was trying to make an account for my 12 year old. She likes to look at shoes and make custom one so I can buy them for her. I didn’t like her going on my phone all the time so I tried downloading it for her. When I did I was making the account and obviously I actually put her birth date. And it said she can’t make the account! It says 4+ but it won’t let a 12 year old make an account? Such a scam!

Am I missing something? What happened to being able to shop by sport?

One star for no notifications for shock drops or restocks. They only send out notifications on things that really doesn’t matter

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had on an app . Actually impossible to browse through without logging in or signing up. When you try to login or sign up they’ll send you a code to your email that will never work. I’ve tried week in and week out for almost 6 months . All I wanted to do was look at the catalog and I couldn’t even do that .

Ya know maybe you should make a Nike just for you kids pls do this idea it’ll help a lot

I was able to add items that were suggested to me. However, I discovered that I could find items when I tap on Size Guide, but when I added those items they went to a separate cart. When I tapped on cart on the app, I lost the items that I had added from the Size Guide thread.

Absolutely crazy that you can’t filter the shoe sizes
