After withdrawing easily over $250,000 every year for 2-3 year and showing proof of what I use the app for, they decided to put my account under review which happens every year ( due to updating information) and as I submit my documents they decided out of nowhere to stop answering support nor get back to my emails. While thousands of USDC are sitting in their app untouchable. I open other tickets to see what’s happening and they keep closing them. Scamming for Pennies is an amazing way to lose a high 6 figure account user.

Never works as it’s supposed to! Had to give them more personal information than is required to access or work on the flight line of a military base. Yet the times that it does work correctly I still have to prove it’s me with a selfie or other nonsense. I thought crypto meant secrecy? The 2 factor authentication is a joke! It won’t use my phone number and the email address option gives error messages. Definitely not worth the trouble!
