Paid $20 and really would like to use my lifetime plan to build habits but it’s just sitting there not being able to be utilized which is frustrating having paid the money and can’t use.

Purchased lifetime access and did not get any of the features. Support does not answer emails.

I’ve used the app for along time now with a subscription and I was offered to purchase a lifetime membership, I paid for it, and now I continue to get ads for this upgrade even after I’ve purchased it and I can’t add anymore tasks. It was my favorite but I just had a baby and I need to be able to add more tasks to track for her to. If it’s not fixed I might have to find a new app 💔

App doesn’t work now. All I get are ads for additional sales, and i can’t get the app to function from the purchase I’ve already made. Customer service didn’t respond. Such a bummer because it’s exactly what I wanted at first!

I downloaded this app after seeing multiple videos on it, and i was extremely excited. I had been wanting to become more routine and organized, and this seemed like the perfect way. After adding only 3 habits it told me i needed to buy an upgrade. I was fine with this so i purchased it. The app told me i was supposed to receive unlimited habits. This was however false. AFTER purchasing this upgrade, i received nothing but the charge. I was still limited to 3 habits. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!

I’ve used this for about a year. I just tried to add a new habit, and it won’t let me because when I click Add Habit, the promotional banner pops up. No matter how many times I click out of the banner screen and try to add a habit again, it does the same thing. This is unusable, so I will have to find another habit app.

Do not trust their lifetime premium offer. I paid for the same 4 years ago and the app is now asking me to buy lifetime premium again. Their customer care is a joke. No response from them.

Sent emails for months with no response. I’ve been using for years and recently exported all the data. The counts are off. So not sure if my totals are correct or the detail downloaded is correct. Either way it doesn’t match

I used this app years ago when it was free and I loved it. I came back around to it recently and found I could only make 3 goals, so I paid for the lifetime membership that it kept prompting me with. After a week, I still have limited access (just 3 goals) and have gotten no response from support. I’ve requested a refund from Apple. A true shame because this app used to be gold!

Went to use the app for the first time in a while and it offered me a promo of $19.99 for lifetime premium access. I paid and the app still has not given me access to the features I paid for. I purchased this back on 3/5/2024 and as of today (4/17/2024) I still have not received what I paid for despite contacting customer support and receiving no response. Waste of money!!
