    I loved the features of this app, but it stopped automatically pulling updates from our accounts. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and gotten no responses.

    Looks like this app is so buggy you can’t even actually add your bank account. I was excited for this but the bugs in this app just seem to be too much to actually be able to use it. So unfortunate

    I downloaded this app to replace mint and was initially pleased. It even encouraged my husband to check out our finances a little more. But then my accounts stopped updating. It recommends sending an email and even gives you a link. I’ve been emailing for almost 3 months now for and both of my banks still haven’t been refreshed. It’s impossible to budget when the accounts are that far out of date. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted this to work and thought it would.

    The concept of the app is really good, I wanted it to work really bad, but terrible bugs are making it unusable because transactions are not showing up properly in the app, so it’s simply not correct at all, and therefore unusable. and customer support is non existent - no one will get back to me with my issues and it’s been two weeks

    I like the app overall but it’s needs more work and their customer service is Terrible. I’ve emailed them twice and it’s been over a month now and still no response.

    There seems to be no one managing this app anymore. It inappropriately categorizes transactions and is unusable. It was a very simple app perfect for my husband and I to track our budget but no longer works for us due to these issues. I have sent multiple emails to customer support and heard nothing back.
  • Awful Customer Service

    I was trying to add my bank account, to which it said it was unable to be verified. So I emailed the customer service email to see if it could be resolved, and no one ever got back to me. I emailed them 4 separate times on different days using different email apps thinking that the app was the reason. I won’t be using this app if I cannot connect my bank and customer service isn’t even responding.
  • Discover Bank Not Working

    I have tried multiple times to connect my Discover checking/savings account, but always get the error that the “bank hasn’t been responsive.” I emailed support at least twice and have never received a reply. Can this be fixed in an app update please? I really love the app and it would be perfect if I could actually connect my bank!!
