App used to be very useful. Until it started asking constantly to pay for membership & requiring you to have an account to sign in. If it ain’t broke don’t fix.

I super recommend this app if you’re serious about fasting and improving your health!

On the day the free trial ended I wrote them an email requesting I get my money back and of course no response. I would give them a big fat 0 if I could. That is called “ ripping people off”!!!

Disabled all notifications in the app except for end of fast notifications, but still get notified a couple of times a week to learn about some rubbish like “Dr. Parella‘s weight loss regimen” or watch some seminar. No thanks. Love that apps just lie to users about settings these days! Uninstalled and won’t be renewing subscription 👎

So very helpful when I use it to track my fasting goals.
