E.F.F.E.C.T. is a vibe!! It’s an intense workout that has you going back for more! The trainers motivate you when you are ready to stop and the music is everything!!! I did virtual during at the beginning of the pandemic but being in the building is definitely better energy! #GetPaid

I owe everything to E.F.E.E.C.T Fitness. My life has changed for the better and I feel great. The bootcamp classes will get you amazing results if you stay consistent with it. Oh by the way did I mentioned I’m doing it all at home. Go get the app!

I first seen this boot camp class on someone’s page I follow on IG, immediately I said “That Seems Like Fun” However My First experience was Amazing!!! The Energy, The Vibes, The Motivation THATS All collaborated under One Roof Is Simply Mind Blowing!! I’m not sure if the Owner/Trainers understand the History that they are creating with this Gym. It’s deeper then Just a Place to Work Out!! History in The Making!!! Keep doing Yal Thing!! I Love It 💕
