I was initially excited about this app and the features it promoted. However, after starting it, it is hard to adjust fasting times unless you start it on the exact time you said you would enter. The meals are the most frustrating part. It had some good suggestions, but you couldn’t search them, you just have to scroll through the very long list. It’s hard to trade meals so if I didn’t have ingredients for a meal, I couldn’t choose a different one for that day. I could choose different ingredients in that meal, but that is not what I needed. Overall I was spending more time looking at my phone trying to figure out the app than actually making healthier life choices using it. It gave me stress not worth it.

Initially excited to try app. Downloaded and paid $19.99 /mo; however every time I attempt to open app it prompt me to subscribe. Yet I am being charged every month. In addition to attempting to cancel membership as instructed on the app, it says to click on manage subscription. Yet there is no heading titled manage subscription. What is even more confusing is that typically any app you subscribe to on iPhone would be under subscriptions. Yet it is not. Notified apple support to intercede. Beyond frustrated and would not recommend this app.

DON’T DOWNLOAD! I downloaded this app but never paid. My Apple app download history shows $0.00 payment authorized. They used my Apple Pay info somehow and have taken $19.99 from my acct twice. There is no way to cancel anything like they claim and no way to speak to anyone at the company. These people are thieves.

This app is not worth it don’t download please!!! You have to pay in order to use the app and it’s not worth it by far! It won’t allow to log in unless you pay!

How am I supposed to be loosing weights?

These workout seem to be more for people who are already flexible and somewhat fit. They are too hard for someone completely out of shape. Need workouts that are softer on knees and joints.

$19.99 was taken out of my account. After I answered all of the questions to get my personalized plan, I am asked again to pay money. You don’t get to see the plan, exercises or meal plan until you pay more. Either weekly or monthly subscription. I want to cancel. I’m not paying more. Followed the directions to cancel and all I get is a spinning circle. There is no phone number to call. No place to cancel.

Day 1 was great but I don’t like having to pick my workout for the week I’m not sure the best place to start and would prefer the app guide that so that I can hit my goal in my timeframe.

They won’t ever stop taking your money until you block your payment method from them. There’s no support, no customer service. If you cancel, they will keep charging you. Then they will say they never got a cancellation from you or you’re not eligible for a refund, even though they kept charging after you cancelled. Their terms and conditions are ridiculous. They take all of your personal information to scam you in other ways. Their phone number and address are both false. They don’t even exist. They somehow manage to bypass your PayPal email alerts and your apple subscription list so basically you won’t realize you’re being charged for months. You’ll never get that money back. They are hiding somewhere in another country getting rich from scamming people. Maybe karma will get them someday.

I tried app and no longer have it. They have been charging $19.99 a month from my account.
