It won’t load the widget will not load 😠😠

For a product that I pay for as part of Microsoft 365 and just a basic to do app, it is not impressive. The app crashes (closes) at least once a day. Often synchronization between my iPad, iPhone and Mac is very inconsistent or incomplete. I use it because I already pay for it and am not going to pay for redundant apps. But like I said, extremely underwhelming product from Microsoft.

This app is great!! I love that I can create tasks and schedule them. But I think it is required that there is a calendar. I need a calendar so I can keep track of everything, I am living off of this app!! Please add a calendar!!

multiple account support is needed to make app useful

I have used this app for years. It’s helped me track my shopping, plan packing for vacations, make itineraries, manage groceries. It’s been great! Until the last couple months or so. I’m an iPhone user and I started having an issue where when I tap to open the app, it directly closes itself. Sometimes it loads and stays open a couple seconds, sometimes it never loads at all and just closes the loading screen. Sometimes it does stay open. Really irritating stuff. Please fix it! I need this back in my routine for organizing my life!

I’m a part-time student, parent, husband, and full-time project manager so my tasks fill up constantly. I prefer using this app over any calendar. It sorts out my upcoming events/due dates in descending order. It’s a very nice visual representation of my upcoming tasks.

Have loved this app for a long time, but lately it’s crashing and kicking off myself and others I collaborate with. Very annoying!

This one flaw completely ruins the use of the To Do app. I rely on categories to sort my daily tasks, which works great on desktop. The fact that this feature, which exists in some iteration across most other “to do” mobile apps and exists across Microsoft’s desktop applications, is not accessible in the mobile app is honestly embarrassing. I wouldn’t use Microsoft products if I wasn’t forced to through my work (sort of the company mo or else who would be??) but maybe if I could use categories on the app I’d think a little more positively about the company.

Please fix this. It used to be a great app, now I have to rush to add things to my todo list before it crashes. What a pain.

Not being able to search anymore is a major drawback.
