Please avoid this Russian site like the plague they suddenly stopped taking my regular monthly payment this month. I’ve been a premium member for years they respond we don’t take MasterCard anymore and directed me to pay by bitcoin. The second I paid my $14.99 via Bitcoin, I saw a debit from my bank for $249.00. If you think that was a mistake, you’d be wrong, the next day they randomly charged $349.00.The very next day $79. Thankfully, it looked sketchy from the beginning, so I took iPhone movie screen recordings of each transaction even the first one before I knew that would be a problem, clearly showing an input of $14.99. My bank is working with me to investigate & reverse (not done yet) but this is a scam site and any good reviews you see here ….are paid thug Russian rapidgator employees.

Paid for a premium account which is needed for the app to be useful at all. The app still says my account is nonpremium even though the money was definitely taken out of my bank account. Seems like a scam

Was hesitant with all the one star reviews but decided to try. I have no regrets! Premium activated instantly on my pc.

This is one of the best file hosts however, every time that I’ve subscribed through the app, they’ve either stolen money from me or attempted to steal from me. This last time, it’s been a week since I purchased a subscription and have yet to get access. Purchasing through the site gives you instant access. All emails that I’ve sent have been ignored and I have to start the process of getting a refund through apple wallet. Apple should pull this app from their platform. It serves no purpose.

For years rapidgator been shady with their premium customers. The new scam is the endless “server maintenance” message - but when you try to download through a free account - it works?? STOP CHARGING PEOPLE!!

title says it all. if you sign up through the web page they’ve made it so you literally cannot cancel your subscription. had to contact my bank to get rude of auto renewal. don’t know how this is legal. would be zero stars. should be a lawsuite

Works fine. Don’t know why you need an app to pay but it’s probably safer going through Apple anyways

I paid but they pretend I didn’t. Total scam. Sent them screens shots of receipt from apple. Zero cares from them.

I have been using Rapidgator for years. Before they had an app, you use to have to use a credit card which seemed really risky. I basically only use the app to pay for the account because I trust Apple to properly take care of my account information. When I download from Rapidgator, I strictly use a web browser. I sign into the account on Chrome and I am downloading at top speed.

They instruct you to download this app and pay with it. After you pay your account will still be set to free. When you contact them they request you to send them the evidence that you paid. I did and Im still waiting as my trial period days are running. I have seen a similar review from a yr ago. How are they still on the app store when they are scamming consumers with a product thats not working. Why is it so hard to provide a service that customers are paying for. Activate our premium accounts already. Your service is up and running why do you have to be so difficult. Why cant you just process credit cards like all other rapid Cloud Data Hosting websites?
