Why can't I cancel my subscription charges? I have tried it on the same day and cancelled the download of this software on the same day. But today 04/22, I was still charged the annual fee. I want to complain that this is robbery. I refuse this transaction today!

Comparing with the Chinese version, this international version is pretty hard to use. Not enough selection of books. Don’t allow users to skip the opening and ending parts of each episode by setting exact time. When you turn on the “skip opening and ending credits” button, most of the time it would skip part of the stories. Not very pleasant experience.
