I used to love y’all. The app and the cameras don’t freaking work. I have tried to set up people to protection on your cameras. I’ve talked to your Customer Service. They’ve had to submit tickets. It should not be this hard to buy three cameras set up people detection buy your subscription and have it work. Y’all lost the simplicity. All I want is a set up my cameras and for them to work with a subscription, but y’all can’t make it work for some reason.

Beware wyze use to be great I have invested in 6 of their cameras. But now cannot view events that I pay a subscription for or live feed of cameras when I am away from my home network. What the point if you can’t see your house when you are away. It’s been an issue for months and they actually have a big listed on their website. B-44285. I would not buy anything from this company.

These cameras are amazing if you plan on never using them.

We just had it installed. The only problem I’m having is I don’t know how to adjust the sound so it would make noise during the day. I want the system to work 24 hours a day but only let me know at night

Cameras just stop working from time. So much do I’m now thinks of reinvesting in a competitor

It seems that every time I wish to view a live view on my cameras, I have to restart them first. Very annoying!

Awesome app and service love it

The quality is better than Ring; however, they just record snippets vs the entire time someone is moving and I’ve tried to reach out to customer service for support but can’t find a number or someone to help

Cameras stop working after being setup. Poor quality

After today’s update app won’t open. Just stays on the splash screen. What kind of update does this? Probably more useless trackers imbedded.
