    Game was good for years but the meta has been horrible for a while now. It’s clear the main devs who were keeping it afloat moved on to newer projects.

  • Neglected and dying

    I've been playing Epic Seven since the global server started 5 years ago. The game has had long stretches of little to no content. There are many people who love this game for what it was and will tell you to ignore the neglect. I was one of those people until this last colab with Overlord. The colab heroes have sub par kits, the side story was generic and boring, and worse yet SmileGate does seem to care what the players think. Many players are asking for the colab heroes to be buffed, but there is no action from the company who only cares about selling you overpriced packs. I have to face the fact that this game is dead. SmileGate diverted resources to their new game some time ago and it shows. I will likely quit Epic Seven soon and I will not get sucked into another SmileGate project. This was a great game and can still be fun if you are a new player, but just realize the company that runs the game is done with this game.

    Epic seven please give more damage to lord Aniz cause come he’s the sorcerer King this man killed 70,000 thousand men with just one spell and please let the hunt bosses get the death sentence from lord Aniz third ability. Please I have been waiting for the collaboration for so many years.🙏🙏🙏

  • Returning for overlord collab

    Returned to hope the overlord collab could get me to stay! But sadly all the characters are supremely underpowered and almost useless. I played this game more than almost any other gacha since its release, got kind of burnt out around december, took a month break, and i think this might just be the nail in the coffin. Treating one of my all time anime with such disrespect. Will rate higher when they get buffed to atleqst competitive levels.

    Thank you so much for making a broken unit with 0 counters like Jenua. His so much fun To play and face. I love how u can’t one shot him bc of imortality and he one shots every unit in the game basically including water units. I also love that when you touch him he gains 50% CR push which gives him a extra turn to basically one shot two of your units. Thanks Smile gate ! Please continue making units like this ! This game is ever skillful!

    Only been playing for a couple days but i gotta say ots one of the more fun rpgs. Great and interesting animations and styles. Makes the game feel like it is its own thing rather than a rip off of anything as far as i can tell. Combat is solid and complex. Feels like if you combined an idle rpg with one of the more complex combat games like sds grand cross or dragon ball legends. And the way you obtain the currency to summon doesnt feel all that slow, like for dragon ball legends it takes alotnof effort and time to obtain enough to summon once, let alone mulitple full summons. But for this game it doesnt take as much or at the very least its enjoyable and the story episodes are fast so it doesnt feel like it takes as long to finish a story. All in all a very solid rpg game, would definitely reccomend it to anyone whose into rpg games but doesnt like the long hellish grind of some of the more cash grab ones.
